Taste With Teddi LLC operates Teddi and this early-access waitlist in New Jersey, United States. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this site, join the waitlist, or complete our optional survey. The waitlist is intended for people 18+ in the United States.
What we collect
The signup form collects your first name, email address, and agreement to receive Teddi development updates, previews of planned features, and early-access news by email. It also records the date and time of signup and the version of the consent wording you accepted.
In the signup form, please use your own contact information. Do not include information about your child or anyone’s health in those fields.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to manage signups, record your email consent, and respond to your requests. Waitlist emails are limited to Teddi development updates, previews of planned features, and early-access news. We do not sell your waitlist information or use or share it for other businesses’ marketing.
Email subscriptions
We use Sender to manage email subscriptions and deliver Teddi development updates, planned-feature previews and early-access news. When you join the list, we share your first name and email address with Sender for this purpose. Optional survey answers are not sent to Sender or used to personalize emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or contact hello@tastewithteddi.com.
Sender may process email interaction information, such as opens and link clicks, to report how messages perform. Read Sender’s privacy policy.
Optional Help Shape Teddi survey
Our Help Shape Teddi survey is for people 18+. We use submitted selections to understand which feeding topics to prioritize as we develop Teddi. Some selections may relate to health or feeding concerns. You can skip any question or leave without submitting.
The survey asks you to select topics and confirm that you are 18+ and agree to share your answers. It does not ask for names, email addresses, child identifiers, ages, diagnoses, or written answers. We record topic totals rather than individual response records and do not link selections to signup names or email addresses. We do not use survey answers to provide care, create child profiles, or personalize emails. We do not sell survey information or use or share it for other businesses’ marketing.
We keep aggregate survey totals to guide Teddi’s development. Because individual answers are not kept as identifiable records, we cannot find or remove a particular person’s contribution from those totals. This does not affect your ability to request removal of your identifiable waitlist entry.
Hosting and technical information
We use OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers to host this website and store waitlist information and survey totals. These providers process submitted information and may process technical data and use security cookies to operate and protect the site. Teddi has not added advertising or third-party analytics tools.

How long we keep waitlist information
We keep your signup information while the early-access waitlist operates. We remove your entry if you request removal or when the waitlist closes, retaining only a minimum record where needed to honor an opt-out.
Your choices and contact
To ask a question, correct your information, request removal from the waitlist, or stop Teddi email updates, contact hello@tastewithteddi.com. Marketing emails include a link to unsubscribe.

We notify you of changes by posting an updated notice on this page with an updated effective date.
